A longtime client of ours—29 years!—had some roof leaks in an 8 level condo that was built in 1986.
The roof was multi-level and multi-faceted, with copper, slate, and rubber. We had to remove the old air conditioning condenser, strip the old materials off, strip some of the siding off the penthouse, and remove both skylights. We installed a new rubber roof, new skylights , repaired the siding, and installed new copper flashing.
You might not be able to see this new roof from the street, but it’s great!
