We believe in the quality of our work. The materials we recommend are of the highest quality; therefore, we stand behind the materials and labor we provide for a full three years from the date of installation. Sometimes, a client wishes to go outside of our recommendations. We regret that in some cases, we can only offer the industry-standard one-year warranty in these circumstances.
Workmanship
We warranty all of our work provided on and at your home for as long as you own your home.
Exclusions
Materials, labor, and other work provided on commercial buildings or multifamily dwellings is warranted for one year. In some isolated cases, we need to exclude certain equipment from the three-year material and labor warranty. This is true for most appliances.
